Straight forward low cost

The Cash Bar

Have this bar at your wedding or event COMPLETELY FREE.The straight forward low cost option that enables your guests to buy their own drinks at the bar using cash, card, or contactless payments. For events with under 75  guests, there is an initial fee of £200 to cover transport and staff costs. Events with 100+ there is no charge at all.

Set a balance at the bar

The Pre-loaded Bar

Similar to the cash bar but you can pre-load the mobile bar with a set balance to allow your guests to enjoy complimentary drinks to get them started, then they can pay for their own drinks once the balance runs out, or you can just top the bar up again.

The Open Bar

All inclusive drinks for your guests. You cover the cost of all the drinks we serve to enable your guests to fully enjoy the experience and not have to reach for their wallet. Prices depend on the number of guests, and length of time you wish the mobile bar to be open, with hourly extensions available.

Dry Hire

We bring the bar and the staff, you bring the alcohol. You get complete control on what is served, and how much you charge. Supplied with all the equipment you need to run a successful bar. Just make the most of our equipment and experienced staff. Prices start from £529 or £599 with refrigeration included. You just supply the alcohol.
